All purchases should be considered final unless they are the result of fraudulent activity or technical error. Understanding your purchase

Items sold on this store are digital goods that cannot be redeemed on another server or website. These items will not provide an advantage to a player over another player and are strictly meant to be cosmetic or small QoL additions. Items such as food, weapons, tools, armor, blocks or any content that is a part of the vanilla Minecraft base game will not be sold on this store nor will we restrict access to said items. We offer no experience boosts or other items that could be considered "pay to win". 

Delivery of goods

In some cases, purchases may not be processed quickly - this can be the result of Crafting store, user error or your financial institution. Because of the nature of financial transactions, please allow for up to 24 hours for digital delivery. Should you have any issues after that point please contact us ASAP so that we may rectify the issue. Please note you MUST enter you're account name, not your nickname which may have been altered in the server in order to receive your purchase. For example, if your account name is "RedSpider123", but your nickname in-game is "RedSpider321" - you MUST enter "RedSpider123" upon checkout. Be ready to provide proof of purchase upon contacting us to resolve payment issues.

Permanent or temporary suspension of service

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our server for breaking any of our rules as explained in-game and in our Discord channel. Should your account be banned, you are not entitled to a refund. If the user is not banned, but attempts a charge back without making an effort to rectify the issue with the server owner, the user will be permanently removed from all websites, servers and other spaces in which we own & operate.
